THE OPPORTUNITY

A better experience
starts with the flow.

A single “per minute” figure does not describe the whole service. Your estimate should include software, number rental and the billable usage of each service you choose.

Use the workflow as a starting point. During onboarding, we confirm the product, supported call path, number or carrier, capacity and the people responsible for each step.

PUT THE RIGHT TOOLS TO WORK

Thoughtful details.
Useful connections.

01 /

Software subscription

A PBX bundle covers its agreed extension capacity; a Contact Centre bundle covers named agent capacity.

02 /

DID rental

A DID is a public business number. Extra extensions do not each require a separate DID.

03 /

Billable call time

Confirm the start of charging, minimum duration and rounding increment. Compare supplier tariffs on the same basis.

04 /

Forwarding and AI

An incoming call forwarded externally can create an outgoing leg. AI processing adds a distinct service charge when used.

PLAN THE DETAILS

Example: Contact Team

KES 12,000 software (business number included) + 3,200 for 1,000 outbound billable minutes + 1,000 for 1,000 inbound billable minutes = KES 16,200 before tax and extras on the displayed local rate card.

02 /

Own carrier

The carrier’s bill sits outside your Sayvona estimate. Any Sayvona runtime, software or managed services still need a price.

BEFORE YOU MAKE THE CONNECTION

A few useful answers.

Talk it through
How do we get started with understand your calling bill?+

Share your current call journey, team size, number or trunk arrangements and expected usage. We confirm the supported setup, pilot scope and costs before accepting live traffic.

Can this work with an existing telephone provider?+

A compatible SIP connection can be reviewed. The carrier remains responsible for its numbers and call tariffs. Compatibility, routing and capacity are confirmed for the actual deployment.

What is included in the price?+

Your quote identifies software capacity, number rental, incoming and outgoing airtime, setup and optional services. AI, custom integrations and specialist deployment requirements need a separate agreed scope.
