SAYVONA PARTNERS

Your relationships.
More ways to connect.

Bring communications to your customers, connect a workflow or supply numbers and routes. Let’s build the right commercial relationship together.

01 / RESELLERS

Serve your customers.

Discuss offering Sayvona PBX, Contact Centre or supported voice services to your customer base, with responsibilities and wholesale terms agreed up front.

  • Choose the products you want to sell.
  • Agree onboarding and customer-support ownership.
  • Define billing, credit and account administration.
Discuss resale
02 / NUMBER & CARRIER SUPPLIERS

Bring the connection.

Supply approved DIDs or routes under a separate agreement. Tell us about coverage, capacity, number rights, tariffs and the support behind the service.

  • Share number ranges and destination coverage.
  • Confirm billing increments and supplier costs.
  • Agree activation and reconciliation procedures.
Discuss supply
03 / INTEGRATION PARTNERS

Connect the workflow.

Bring application expertise, a customer use case or an implementation service. Scope the supported interfaces and who will maintain the integration.

  • Map the customer’s call journey.
  • Review supported APIs and data boundaries.
  • Agree implementation, support and release scope.

A RELATIONSHIP WITH ROOM TO GROW

A reseller can
also be a supplier.

You may want to sell Sayvona software to your customers and supply numbers to the platform. Those are two distinct services, with their own price lists, responsibilities and settlement.

A number-supply agreement does not grant access to another organisation’s accounts. Distribution permissions and inventory allocation are agreed for the accounts your organisation manages.

COMMERCIALS THAT SUPPORT THE RELATIONSHIP

Agree the whole
business model.

Partner terms are quoted. We do not publish a universal discount or a portal fee that assumes every relationship is the same.

Software and service scope

Define the product buy price, customer capacity, onboarding effort and first-line support responsibilities.

Numbers and telephone usage

Agree DID rental, destination tariffs, billing increments and any activation costs separately from software.

Account and credit controls

Identify customer ownership, approved administration, spend limits, payment terms and the settlement process.

A clear customer relationship

Agree who contracts, invoices, supports and communicates with the end customer. Your retail offer remains yours to define.

PARTNER PLATFORM / PLANNED

Your brand.
Your network.
A considered roadmap.

The partner direction includes a customised administration experience, your logo and domain, and the ability to manage child resellers. These are planned capabilities, with availability confirmed before a commercial commitment.

  1. Partner accounts

Start with an agreed partner relationship and customer-account administration.

  2. A portal with your identity

Planned logo, colours, domain, support details and customer-facing documents.

  3. A network of resellers

Planned child-reseller accounts, inherited limits, number allocation and contract-based settlement.

BEFORE YOU MAKE THE CONNECTION

A few useful answers.

Talk it through
Can I be a reseller and supply numbers?+

Yes, that is part of the commercial model we are planning for. Distribution and supply have separate agreements, inventory responsibilities and financial settlement. We confirm the supported operational process with you.

Can my reseller account have other resellers under it?+

Child-reseller hierarchies are planned. Tell us how your network is organised so we can scope it. They are not currently offered as a self-service capability.

Can the admin portal carry my branding?+

Custom branding is on the partner roadmap. Domain, logo, colours, support identity and documents are discussed together; we confirm delivery scope before selling a branded portal.

What does it cost to become a partner?+

Terms depend on products, expected customer volume, supply, support and credit arrangements. Software buy prices, number rental and call tariffs are identified separately in your proposal.
