Who receives your enquiry
Sayvona is an Eikal product. Your enquiry is sent to the Eikal team handling Sayvona requests. Contact albert@eikal.co.ke with questions about your information.
What you share
The homepage, product pages and workflow guides accept your email to start a conversation. We record the page and relevant product, industry or use-case interest so the team can respond with context. The plan cards also accept an email and record the chosen plan. The detailed enquiry form asks for your name, company, optional phone number, service interest, deployment preference and message. Where you use the calculator, your selected capacity and usage estimate are included with your enquiry. Please avoid including passwords, API keys, recordings or sensitive customer information.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, discuss the services you need and follow up on that conversation. Website enquiries are not consent to an unrelated marketing mailing list.
Delivery and storage
Your enquiry is recorded privately for the Eikal team and may also be delivered by email. We retain enquiry details while handling your request and related correspondence. Ask us if you would like your enquiry information corrected or deleted.
Website operation
The website uses locally hosted fonts and does not include advertising trackers. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. Service-specific terms and data arrangements are provided separately during onboarding.
