Help agents see and manage their call activity from one workspace. Availability and queue membership keep the calling setup aligned with the people ready to answer.
Review answered and missed calls, destinations and durations. Use call history to identify conversations that need follow-up and understand where customers got through.
Use queue and team reporting to understand activity and investigate bottlenecks. Review how call handling changes across your team and working hours.
Where enabled in the agreed configuration, call recording and supervision tools support review and coaching. Confirm permissions, recording notices and retention during onboarding.
Separate sales and support journeys, apply business hours and define what happens next. Keep your call flow understandable as the team grows.

a tailored service quote
Share your requirements. We’ll explain the setup, responsibilities and cost.
Your quote separates software, numbers, airtime and any additional services.
Indicative monthly software prices before tax. Calls, numbers, hardware and custom integrations are additional. Recording retention, supervision permissions, simultaneous call capacity and support scope are agreed during setup. Larger or mixed PBX/contact-centre teams are quoted together.
Add your expected airtime to the estimateWe configure the supported features around your team and confirm permissions, retention and capacity during onboarding.
Offer an agreed callback workflow when a caller cannot stay on the line. Review pending, completed and unsuccessful callbacks with the team.
Make agent availability understandable. Configure pause reasons, queue login and time to finish notes between conversations.
Give authorised supervisors the right level of help during a call. Agree monitoring permissions and participant notices before enabling those controls.
Record the outcome and keep a personal callback reminder where another conversation is needed. Basic notes do not replace your CRM or helpdesk.
Configure a supported call satisfaction survey and review responses alongside queue performance. Agree which calls should be offered the survey.
Review agents, queues, numbers, pauses and callbacks. Use supported CSV exports to bring call activity into an operational review.
Enable supported automatic recording for agreed routes and permissions. Retention and storage are scoped separately; on-demand recording controls depend on the deployment.
Plan for a full queue, a closed team and unavailable agents. Test the next destination before the first real caller encounters it.

A PBX can already route customer calls to office staff and support shared answering. Contact Centre adds the dedicated agent workspace, availability controls, queue supervision and team reporting. Your wider office and customer team can share one telephone setup and public number.
An agent is a named person assigned the contact-centre agent tools. Each agent seat includes a phone extension; that extension is not charged again as a PBX extension. Signing out does not release a named seat. Additional office extensions and supervisory access are explicitly scoped in your quote.
Administration or supervision alone does not consume a named agent seat. A supervisor who also works as an agent needs one. We agree team visibility, recording permissions and supervisory scope during onboarding. Billing and developer access are separate responsibilities.
Yes. A combined setup can have 40 ordinary office extensions and ten contact-centre agents, each with an included extension. That is 50 extensions in total and ten agent seats. We quote the combination together and agree simultaneous call capacity separately.
A distributed setup can connect supported devices over suitable internet connections. During onboarding we check the intended device, network and audio setup rather than assuming every connection will perform the same way.
Yes, subject to SIP compatibility and the agreed deployment. You pay that carrier for its numbers and airtime. Alternatively, use the Sayvona number included in your plan (extra numbers KES 1,500/month) and the published local calling rates.
The plan pays for the contact-centre software. With Sayvona calling, outgoing Safaricom calls are KES 3.20/minute and incoming calls on the displayed local number offer are KES 1.00/minute. Other destinations are quoted separately.
Yes. Bring your current greeting, team structure and a few common caller scenarios. We use those to show the relevant queue, handover and reporting workflow, then define a practical pilot.
