Welcome every kind of enquiry.
Start with a greeting that sounds like your business. Tell callers who they have reached and invite them to explain what they need in their own words.
Let an AI receptionist greet callers, answer everyday business questions and connect people to your team. Give your front desk more breathing room, and your callers a clear next step.
What time does your team close today?
Our team is here until 6 pm today. Would you like me to connect you before then?
Sample dialogue, not live audio. Responses and handover follow the business information and call flow agreed for your pilot.
A customer may be calling between meetings, from the road or after your doors close. Help them make progress from the first hello.
Start with a greeting that sounds like your business. Tell callers who they have reached and invite them to explain what they need in their own words.
Opening hours, service information and how to reach your team: agree the questions the receptionist can answer and the information it should use.
Let the receptionist handle a defined set of routine questions while your team focuses on conversations that need judgement, context and personal attention.
Build a clear handover to an extension or queue. Test what happens when a caller asks for a person, the answer is outside scope or the destination is unavailable.
Configure an after-hours greeting and useful information. Agree the next step for callers who need help when your usual team is away.
Begin with one use case and a small set of approved answers. Review misunderstandings and handovers together, then refine the conversation before expanding.
A caller asking about your opening hours needs a quick, clear answer. A caller with a complicated issue may need a person. Your AI receptionist should recognise the boundaries of its job and keep the conversation moving.
We configure the welcome, the agreed business information and a human fallback together. The pilot gives your team a chance to hear the experience, challenge the answers and check the handover before putting it in front of a wider audience.
Bring a real caller scenario to the demoGive callers a clear introduction to your services and opening hours. Route requests that need a quote or a detailed discussion to the people who can help.
Welcome callers before they reach your support queue. Answer agreed service questions and hand over the conversation when personal account support is needed.
Create a consistent first impression before calls reach your configured reception or team queue. Map the handover to the way your organisation actually answers.
Let callers hear useful business information when the desk is closed. Define the return hours and next step without suggesting a person is available when they are not.
Use AI as a welcome step, then connect callers to the configured people or ring group in your business phone system.

We confirm configuration, support scope and any custom work before you start. Calendar, CRM and other business-system connections are scoped separately.
An AI receptionist is a voice assistant that answers a business phone call, welcomes the caller and responds using agreed business information. Sayvona can place this step in a call flow and configure a fallback to a person or queue when the conversation needs human help.
Yes. A caller can ask to speak to a person; the configured fallback routes the call onwards. We test that handover during setup. Your team’s availability, opening hours and queue rules determine what happens next.
It can be part of an after-hours call flow. Agree what information it may give, when the team returns and where calls should go if help is needed. The pilot confirms service availability and the fallback behaviour for your configuration.
Those are integration requirements to scope with your team. The initial pilot focuses on greetings, agreed business information and call handover. Calendar access, CRM writes and other actions need a separately confirmed integration.
Each AI agent is $25 a month. Its minutes on calls are billed by the second, from when it answers until it hands over or the call ends: with our natural English and Kiswahili voices, $0.15 a minute for the first 10,000 minutes each month, $0.13 for the next 40,000 and $0.12 after that. Premium studio voices start at $0.25 a minute. Number rental and the call's own airtime are billed separately, as for any call.
A compatible customer-supplied SIP trunk may be used, subject to a technical check. Alternatively, rent a Sayvona number. Keeping a number depends on your carrier’s routing or porting arrangements, which we confirm before proposing a switch.
Bring the languages, typical questions and greeting you need to the demo. We validate the supported speech configuration and business answers for your pilot. Language quality and specialist vocabulary should be checked with representative calls before rollout.
Yes. A focused pilot can cover a single number, a small set of common questions or an agreed after-hours flow. Review real call outcomes with the team before expanding to more callers or workflows.
Bring your questions. Let’s work through your setup.
